Refund Policy

Grand Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy ("Academy," "we," or "us") is committed to transparency and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding tuition, fees, and refunds for our services. By enrolling in our programs, you agree to this policy.

1. General Refund Policy

1.1 No Refunds on Tuition Tuition fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-extendable. Fees are allocated to reserve spots, support operational costs, and compensate instructors.

1.2 Exception for Medical Emergencies In the case of a verified medical emergency, we may provide a partial refund or credit toward future classes at our discretion. A written request and supporting documentation from a licensed healthcare provider are required.

2. Trial Classes and Deposits

2.1 Free Trial Classes If you participate in a free trial class, no tuition fees are charged, and no refund applies.

2.2 Deposits Deposits made to secure a spot in a class or program are non-refundable unless the Academy cancels the program.

3. Cancellation and Withdrawal

3.1 30-Day Notice Requirement A written 30-day notice is required for withdrawal from any program. Tuition will be charged for the 30-day notice period, even if the student does not attend classes during this time.

3.2 Missed Classes No refunds or credits are provided for missed classes. However, students may be eligible for make-up classes as outlined in the Make-Ups Policy.

4. Program Cancellations

4.1 Academy-Initiated Cancellations If the Academy cancels a class or program due to low enrollment, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, affected participants will receive a pro-rated refund or credit.

4.2 Weather/Emergency Closures Refunds are not provided for weather or emergency closures. Make-up classes may be offered at the Academy’s discretion.

5. Merchandise Refunds

5.1 Sales Final All merchandise sales, including uniforms, equipment, and accessories, are final and non-refundable.

5.2 Defective Merchandise If merchandise is defective, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit.

6. Disputes and Appeals

If you believe you are entitled to a refund or credit under this policy, please submit a written request to the Academy at grandrhythmics@gmail.com. Include your name, contact information, and the reason for your request. Refund appeals will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Updates to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Please review this page periodically for updates.
