Welcome to Grand Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy ("Academy," "we," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, website, and participation in our programs. By enrolling in our classes or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Terms of Use

1.1 Eligibility: Our programs are open to individuals of all skill levels and ages as specified in the class descriptions. Children under 5 years old must have a parent or guardian present on-site during their class.

1.2 Parental Supervision: Parents of children under 5 years old must remain on-site during class. For children over 5 years old, parents may use designated waiting areas but are not allowed in the practice area.

1.3 Facility Rules: No parents are allowed inside the practice area at any time. No coaching from the sidelines is permitted. Please respect the privacy and focus of all athletes and coaches.

2. Tuition Information

2.1 Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable: Tuition fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-extendable.

2.2 Payment Terms: Tuition must be paid by the 1st of each month via credit or debit card. Late payments will incur a $25 late fee.

2.3 Cancellation Policy: A 30-day written notice is required for cancellation, effective from the first of the following month.

2.4 Family Discount: A 10% discount is offered for each additional family member enrolled, applied to the lower tuition rate.

2.5 Promotions:

  • Bring a Friend: Bring a friend, and you’ll both enjoy 20% off your first month. Start your journey together and make it unforgettable!
  • Three-Month Commitment: Commit to three months of gymnastics training and enjoy a 10% discount. Secure your child’s progress while saving on their journey to greatness!

3. Make-Ups Policy

3.1 Make-Up Classes: If you miss a class, please inform us in advance. We offer make-up classes up to twice a month within the same month of the missed session. Make-ups are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.

3.2 Pro-Rated Absences: One pro-rated tuition adjustment per calendar year is available for planned absences (e.g., family vacations), up to two weeks. Requests must be submitted in writing.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 No Refunds: Tuition is non-refundable once enrolled. Fees support facility operations, staff salaries, and reserved spots.

4.2 Withdrawal: If a student withdraws without proper notification, tuition will continue to be charged for 30 days following the last attended class.

5. Photo/Video Release

5.1 Consent: By enrolling, you grant the Academy the right to use photos and videos of students for promotional, educational, and training purposes.

5.2 Opt-Out: To opt out, please provide a written notice upon enrollment.

6. Class Descriptions

  • Little Stars (ages 2.5-4): Development of flexibility, coordination, and strength through fun, engaging activities.
  • Pre-Team (ages 4-6): Introduction to basic gymnastics skills, apparatus work, and foundational techniques.
  • Level 3-5 (ages 6-9): For experienced young gymnasts focusing on skill progression and competition preparation.
  • Recreational Group (ages 7 and up): Basics of gymnastics for older beginners, including rhythmic elements and music coordination.
  • Adult Program: Stretching and fitness classes tailored for adults of all fitness levels.
  • Private Lessons: One-on-one coaching sessions customized to individual goals and needs.
  • Trial Classes: Every child is welcome to try a free class to experience our programs and meet our coaches. Sign up through our website today.

7. Dress Code

7.1 Daily Practice Attire: All gymnasts must wear black leggings and a black top (t-shirt or sweatshirt), as well as white socks. Hair must be tied back in a bun or ponytail. Jewelry is not allowed.

7.2 Competitive Gymnasts: Team members must wear toe-shoes and adhere to competition-specific attire requirements.

7.3 First Class Preparation: For your first class, wear comfortable sportswear and socks. Bring a water bottle, and ensure hair is neatly tied back.

8. Arrival and Pick-Up

8.1 Arrival: Students must arrive 5-10 minutes before class.

8.2 Pick-Up: Parents must pick up their children promptly after class. Students must remain inside the building until escorted by a parent or guardian.

9. Consent for Physical Interaction

9.1 Purpose of Interaction: During classes, instructors may physically interact with students to correct posture and technique, assist with stretching exercises, and prevent injuries.

9.2 Parental Consent: By enrolling your child in our programs, you consent to instructors using appropriate physical interaction as part of the training process.

9.3 Professional Standards: All instructors are trained to maintain professional boundaries and ensure that physical interaction is respectful, appropriate, and strictly for educational purposes.

10. Weather/Emergency Closures

10.1 Closure Policy: Classes may be canceled due to severe weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies. Closure notifications will be sent via email.

10.2 No Refunds for Closures: Missed classes due to emergencies are eligible for make-ups but not refunds.

11. Liability Waiver

11.1 Assumption of Risk: By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that participation in gymnastics activities involves the inherent risk of injury, including but not limited to sprains, strains, and fractures. You voluntarily assume all risks of personal injury or property damage.

11.2 Insurance: Participants are encouraged to have their own medical insurance.
